I purchased the tickets from the US and was able to pick them up with the email I was sent.

They cancelled our tickets the day before our trip to the Vatican and first said it was because the Vatican was closed (which it wasn’t) then in following email changed to saying it was a technical issue.

More likely the real reason is because they realized they were offering the tickets for too low a price to make a profit and chose to pull the rug out from under us rather than eat the cost. We originally paid $8 a person but after they cancelled our tickets they increased the price up to $84.

Support refused to give us back the tickets and said the best they could do was a 5% discount

First email:
“Unfortunately, your Vatican: Early Morning Semi-Private Tour tickets have been cancelled by the venue due to an unexpected closure.”

Second email:
“We regret to inform you that due to a technical issue which affected the price of this product your booking will have to be canceled.”

J'ai contacté le service clients par chat un dialogue de sourds j'ai payé 16 € en plus pour rien je demande le remboursement de la différence mais aucune réponse comme par hasard chat interrompu réservation n*1804752739

The site for purchasing the tickets was clear and legible, the process of purchasing the tickets took about 2 minutes.
When we arrived at the Acropolis website it was necessary to stand in line for about 10 and free time to walk the site. The only problem I bought tickets cost 48 euros without standing in line and for some reason I was told on the site that the tickets do not include skipping the line
